I consider
myself very fortunate to have parents with the convictions
that they had about my education. That is, to home
school my brothers and I. To this day I don't regret
for a second doing 12 grades of school at home. Now,
I know what you're thinking...
"Social hermit"
"No social life"
"Boring!"... etc.
First off all, you can't beat the one on one attention
of the teacher (my mom). The kind of education I got
at home doesn't even compare to that of a public or
even private school. If you do enough research, you
will find out the facts about how much better a home
school education is over the regular educational system.
Besides, the resposibility to provide an education
belongs to the parents not some stranger in a class
room that believes and teaches who knows what!?
But anyway, I really enjoyed it and I recommend that
all parents consider home schooling their kids if
possible.
If you would like to know more about my personal experience
on home schooling, I would be more then glad to share
more thoughts on the matter. You can email me at:

| I Graduated from Kennesaw State Univeristy with a B.A. in "Communications - Media Studies". I transfered
from MDC in Miami, FL to KSU in Woodstock, GA. I moved
from Miami to Georgia to help start a new church in
the Metro Atlanta area. I am now back in Miami. |
Life is a class room and I never plan
to stop "studying" (learning). My life is
about "Knowing God and making Him known, everything
else is just details."
